Keller Volunteers Award Scholarships to Area Student
Sheffield, Ala. - The Helen Keller Hospital Volunteer Auxiliary announces the recipients of the Louise Isbell Ashe Scholarship Program for 2014. The Auxiliary hosts fundraisers throughout the year to raise the money for the program. Students of local high schools are eligible, as long as they are a graduating high school senior and are pursuing a career in a health care related field.
This year, the Auxiliary awarded 13 $1,000 scholarships. They received over 30 applications from schools throughout Colbert, Lauderdale, and Franklin Counties.
The 2014 Louise Isbell Ashe Scholarship recipients are:

Applications for the Louise Isbell Ashe Scholarship Program are available each March from the Volunteer Services Department at Helen Keller Hospital.
