Helen Keller Hospital Foundation Receives Contribution from Grainger


Sheffield, Ala. - The Grainger Foundation, an independent, private foundation based in Lake Forest, Illinois, has donated a generous contribution to the Helen Keller Hospital Foundation in support of the Labor and Delivery Program.

"This donation will be used to purchase equipment for the Labor and Delivery department," said Pam Fleming, Foundation Director. "These items increase the quality of life for our newborn babies. We are grateful to The Grainger Foundation for its generosity."

The Grainger Foundation, an independent, private foundation based in Lake Forest, Illinois, was established in 1949 by William W. Grainger, founder of W.W. Grainger, Inc.

The Helen Keller Hospital Foundation was founded in 2000. The purpose of this non-profit organization is to allow the hospital to continue to provide the most advanced healthcare possible to this community.
