Keller Foundation to Host Golf Tournament

Sheffield, Ala. - The Helen Keller Hospital Foundation will host the Ed Borden and Steve Nesbitt
Memorial Golf Tournament on Friday, October 20. This fundraiser will be held at Robert Trent Jones of
the Shoals.

The tournament will be a four-person scramble with two flights on each course. The flights are based on
total team scores and not on individual handicaps. Players will have the opportunity to purchase tickets
to win a grand prize valued at over $1,000 during the golf ball drop scheduled for 1:30 p.m. on the day
of the tournament.

The golf tournament will provide funds for the 2017 Foundation project of focusing on the Women's
Center and Labor and Delivery at Helen Keller Hospital. The project also supports the Bright Little Stars
Reading Program - an early reading initiative where we present books to each newborn at Helen Keller
Hospital.

Founded in 2000, the Helen Keller Hospital Foundation is a 301(c) 3 corporation which allows the
community to support healthcare through tax deductible contributions. All contributions are used
through the expansion of services and facilities at Helen Keller Hospital. Our hospital has proudly been
the premier healthcare provider in Northwest Alabama since 1921.

If you are interested in playing in the tournament or becoming a sponsor, please call 256-386-4747 or
